i like collecting smiles
gives me a rush that makes me feel
like i ran a few miles
that curve
slight one,
toothy one,
with the eyes, that one!
am i the reason? of course i said it because you find it fun-nily enough
its like i broke it, the ice
i like collecting laughs too
the nosy ones,
the gut ones,
the chokey ones
the one which is contagious and
even those with tears.
i like collecting tears too
wow now you must think of me as a psychopath
but tears are more precious
than the laughs and smiles
dont you think?
tears are personal.
like a well hidden secret.
discreet indiscernable distant
they are always present and sometimes just a word away.
i dont like to knock on those doors
im not a sadist
but i will always be behind that door you hide your tears in
waiting until youre ready to be seen.
